I've been wondering about this for months and months now.

I'm actually 100% fed up of hearing about children being abused, neglected, beaten and killed, about animals being barbarically tortured, abused and left to die. I'm sick of hearing on the news about homocide, mothers and fathers murdering their children, genocide and massacres. I hate seeing homeless people on the street begging for money and wasting away their lives. I am constantly hearing about unemployment rates rising. About the credit crunch and the collapse of British banks. I'm sick of hearing about the economic depression.

Also I'm sick of hearing about poverty and disease. It makes me depressed thinking about all those people that go without food and clean water everyday, the people that die in vain with unheard cries.

Well what can a 14 year old do? Not much.

So I thought that my only way to help would be to raise awareness of all this. I am in support of many charities and shall be linking to them soon. Please take your time to realise just how lucky you all are.

Please spread the word and help me to raise awareness.

Got an invite to join this forum, did so because it promotes the type of music I like. I must be one of the oldest members, but never really think about age, just like what I like. I am sorry I didn't search and read more of the posts on here, the fact that you care and want to do something is wonderful. What can a 14 year old do? Wake people up that close their eyes to what is around them! Keep it up, till you can vote, then use your vote. The links to charities is a good idea, the world would be a sadder place with their help. How much has the wars in Afganistan and Iraq cost? A lot more than we can imagine, yet saving lives the governments rely on charities.

I have an idea, I made some tabs for PoG to advertise CoFM and Aiden's forum, so now they're at the bottom of each page. Maby we could do something similar with charities. I can make some more tabs relatively easily, they hardly take up any space, and we could build up a long line of them at the bottom of the page.
