Hailing from the Netherlands Liselotte Hegt is one of a growing number of women who are adaptable enough on the rock / metal scene to be equally as comfortable either playing the bass guitar or behind the microphone as a lead vocalist. When she isn't taking time out to make guest apperances on the concept albums of Arjen Anthony Lucassen's "Ayreon 01011001" or Samuel Arkhan's "Origins" she can be found within the ranks of the the bands Robbie Valentine and Dial.

(Q)For those of us who don't know, who is Liselotte Hegt?
Well, I am a girl who grew up during the eighties, when heavy metal started to happen. Since then it became my lifestyle. Music and being a musician has always been one of the important factors in my life. I have always been very devoted about my music and it took me a long road where I am today, but I am really proud on it. But like everybody else I also have a day job, cause the bills need to be paid. Besides playing music, having a family, working, I like to go to concerts, travelling or be with friends. No booze or drugs for me, I want to keep my head clean.
